'GlintSpring was sparked by a vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Originated by the Bianchi household in 1985, our little family-owned pizzeria began with age-old recipes passed through the lineage.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneering spirit, mastered the pizza craft during her ventures across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza masters in Naples - the pizza's homeland. After settling back into the UK, her resolve was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to the classic ways and using only top-tier components.
From an initial 12-seat eatery, we've expanded into a community favorite, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness stands firm. Still employing traditional wood-fired ovens, our daily house-made dough, and selecting premium ingredients remain our standard.
At present, 'GlintSpring' continues to be a family treasure, with the Bianchi progeny piloting our dedicated crew. Though modern augmentations are in place, our business’s soul is steadfast: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that unites diners.
